jewelry question-replacing pave diamonds

My wedding band is two rows of pave diamonds, and I just lost one the first time. Chat Icon I knew this would happen, but I hoped it would be after my first anniversary. How much does it cost to replace them? Thanks!

If you have insurance on the ring, doesn't that cover replacement of the diamonds if they've fallen out?

My friends always fall out - it costs her about $25 to replace.

Re: jewelry question-replacing pave diamonds

Ok, here is my story....My wedding band is all pave diamonds and when we bought the ring, it had to be made a little bigger, the problem with that is that since each stone is individually set, the settings can become loose.
I lost the first stone on my wedding day, went the next day and the jeweler replaced it free of charge. When we got back from honeymoon, another stone fell out, was replaced again, no charge. I started to notice though that you could tell where they replaced the stones and it looked bad. Another month went by and I lost Yet Another stone, brought it back to the jeweler again, he sent it back to manufacturer and wound up getting a whole new ring made to fit. I have had it about 4 months now and so far, no lost stones!
