JHS Ladies!! PLEASE show me pics of your hair!!
I posted last week that I have an appointment for 5/25 at New Mode. I am SO nervous, and I may be getting cold feet! 
Can the kind ladies who had it done PLEASE post a pic??? Before and after would be great, but at least an after. 
My hair is very wavy/curly on the bottom, but straighter on top. Some parts have a nice healthy curl, but some parts are very frizzy. It's just an inconsistent mess of a mop! I need a change and love when my hair is blown out straight, but I'm worried that JHS will be too flat and limp. I'd opt for Brazilian Keratin Treatment, but I don't want to go that route because of the formaldehyde...

I have been getting it done for 7 years
I don't have a before pic- but my hair was alot like yours- it's the perfect hair for JHS IMO b/c your roots aren't curly

I am going to Hair Village on Friday and I have been so nervous
One question: If my sister comes with me (she wants to see what they do and if she eventually wants to get it done).. will she be able to sit with me and hang out..? I just don't want her to come and then be sitting there for 5 hours unable to talk to me..
I've never gone before so I'm not sure how the salon is layed out and everything

My husband has come with me all these years. He walks around the city then comes and sits to talk with me for a little.. And just goes back and fourth.

Yeah I do color my hair but with a wash out color that you do from home.. My guy puts sooo much protien in my hair that it really helps with it coming out nice and smooth and soft..
You cant color your hair 10 days before or 10 days after.
I waited 14 days this time (I just got mine done again on 5/2/09) and I just colored my hair this past Sat.

I would def ask your place first how long you have to wait to color.. My guy always told me 10 days or two weeks after.. BUT other places might be different. Depends what they use..
Yeah my place is sooo sweet! They always make a spot for him... But every place might be different...
