Title: Focus Group Coordinator (Market Research Industry…this is not telemarketing)

Hours:We are a growing company and are currently looking to fill one full time position.

Pay: $9-$10 per hour

Office Location: Wantagh, NY

Skills needed:
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Detail oriented a able to work independently or as a team member
• At least a medium level of computer competence (i.e. searching the internet, etc)
• Able to work on deadlines

******* There are no industry specific skills needed for this position however
Position Responsibilities
• Heavy Phones
• Heavy Computers
• Scheduling and confirming of appointments.

Description:
A focus group coordinator is responsible for scheduling groups of individuals to participate in roundtable discussions. My company has an internal database of over 100,000 of whom we can call on (and are happy to receive our calls). This is not a cold calling job and there are no sales involved.

I know someone who would be great for this job. May I ask, is there any health insurance with this position?

We do offer health insurance but the company does not cover the expense (it would be deducted from their paycheck). We do however offer a IRA (with company contribution) after 1 year of service.
