I do EI / ABA / SEIT work. One of the agencies I work for has various cases open.
They are willing to hire new teachers if the cases can be filled asap.


Any Special Ed teachers, or BCBA / Behavior Specialists looking for extra work, they are hiring immediately if it's a good match for someone.

They have several cases open, ready to be filled. Nassau & Suffolk. The after school ones might be more urgent.

more specific info I just got from the agency regarding their more immediate needs to hire asap.

looking for either providers who have their Module I/Module II exams OR if they are certified to 12th grade (Sp Ed certif) and have experience with behavioral children and have after school availability.

Nassau and Suffolk cases available.

- The Module exams are specific to ABA / working with children on the autism spectrum.

They are given at the Suffolk county offices several times a year. Many agencies "sponsor" you to take it if you are a current employee, so not sure what the fee is out of pocket if you are not listed with an agency.
Also, several agencies do reviews before the exams.
they are multiple choice exams.
