My brother is looking for a job. He does not have a college degree, but he has worked at Best Buy for 7 years in various positions (he started in Customer Service and ended as a Supervisor), and his latest position was with Public Storage as a Manager. His strength is Customer Service. He is a great problem solver. I always call him cool, calm, and collected.
