I also go to hoovers or google and find out my companies competitors or industry and go directly to those companies websites.

What industry are you in? I know in my industry (Hospitality), there are many organizations that have boards on their web sites. Maybe try that?

Felicia and Donna - You may want to hook up with a headhunter. They tend to find better jobs and a good head hunter will screen them for you. I'm in finance and have a couple of names in that will help, if not, you can contact the company and maybe find a connection that will work for you.
