Joey's baptism is this sunday, how is the menu
Hors D'oeurves:
Shrimp wontons, egg rolls, baked clams, assorted bruschetta, pork dumplings, cocktail franks, chicken tempura, mozzarella sticks, beef kabobs, mini quiche, stuffed jalapenos, fried shrimp, mini pizza, rice balls
Penne Rigate ala vodka
mixed baby field greens with balsamic vinigrette
Entrees:
NY Sirloin Steak: char-grilled and topped with carmelized onions and crimini mushrooms
Jumbo shrimp and filet of tilapia francaise: battered and sauteed in lemon butter and white wine
Chicken Sorrentino: Layered with mozzarella, eggplant, prosciutto and topped with sherry and plum tomato sauce
of course chicken fingers and french fries for the kids
Cake, candy buffet, cappuccino and espresso
sound ok? Or should I have gone for the steak rollitini, halibut livornese (sauteed with black and green olives, basil garlic and fresh tomatos ), and tuscan chicken (garlic olive oil, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts and sundried tomatos)

we live in queens .....she is being baptized at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament in Bayside and we're having the party at a VFW Hall in College Point...r u having a party for him, if so, where?
