jogging stroller with swivel wheel that CAN lock into place?

I'm in the market for a jogging stroller. I want one that I can use a few times a week through runs through the neighborhood. I feel like it will have to have a swivel wheel since I will be making frequent turns, but it seems that those kinds of strollers aren't good if you are a serious (or somewhat serious) runner. I thought I had heard that some strollers have the big 16 swivel wheel that CAN lock into place. Does this exist?

There are a bunch of jogging strollers that have a swivel wheel that can lock into place, but I'm pretty sure that they're all only 12" front wheels. Some have 16" rear wheels, but the front swivel wheel is smaller. I have a single Dreamer Design jogger with a locking swivel wheel and a Phil & Teds that has the same. It's great for walks and light jogging, but I'm trying to get more serious about running so I'm really wanting to get a true fixed wheel. I know BOB makes a locking swivel, but it's only 12" in the front as well. If you look I'm pretty sure you'll find only all 12" whells or the 16" rear/12" front combo. I think joggingstroller.com let's you search by wheel type.

We have the BOB jogging stroller. The front wheel can either lock into play, or swivel.

Its a really great quality stroller!

The front tire isn't a big tire though- its a smaller tire.

My valco has abig front tire that can lock but it is a double. Not sure what the single looks like and it is Mine was a gift

Honestly, I have a cheap jogger from Walmart and I love it. I think it's Baby Trend?
