John Tesh/Calorie Guide
I heard on the John Tesh Radio show the other day, if you want to lose 1 pound a week: Take your weight and multiply it by 11 and that's how many calories you should have a day
Ex: 150 pounds x 11= 1,650/calories per day.
Just remember to adjust your calories as you lose weight.
