"Is it against the law to have a TV if you're not an adult? I mean, if you're 3 or 4 or maybe, 6?"

I responded with "No, it's not illegal but you won't have one in your room. Daddy & I decided that it wasn't good for you."
He asked "Why because then I'll have to wear contacts?"
I said "No. We like to know what you're watching."
He said "What if I promise not to watch Power Rangers?"
I said "Didn't you already promise that but you watched it by mistake?"
Backstory: This past weekend, I heard the TV when I got home. He ran upstairs and said "Mom. I went downstairs because I wanted to watch the baseball game alone, without Daddy. But when I turned on the TV, it was Power Rangers."
