Re: Juicing recipes
Have that brand too & love it. I truly am amazed on how these things work. Anyway nothing creative at all but usually we do this: (enough for both DH & I)
2 large carrots 1 green apple 1 red apple 1 orange 1/4 pineapple
Id love to add spinach or kale to it but DH will see its tainted green & wont drink it.
One tip: I used an entire pomegranite skin and all...made it bitter...YUCK!( never again). And kiwis both peeled & unpeeled. Makes the juice taste weird. I learned after the fact that you can use the seeds from the Pom but to me thats too time consuming to try it again.

Juicing recipes
I don't juice but make smoothies. I just wanted to say that adding little bit of ginger or fresh turmeric root, and lemon makes my smoothies refreshing. I heard they make juices taste refreshing too.

Re: Juicing recipes
If I'm replacing breakfast, I do this:
2 apples (I use Fuji, anything you like is fine) 1 cucumber 3 celery stalks 3 large kale leaves 5 sprigs of parsley 10 baby carrots 1 inch piece of ginger root
The thing is with the juicer, keep in mind that you're not going to get the fiber content from things like apples because it's in the "meat" of the fruit, not the juice. So all you're getting is the sweetness. You could use honey and cinnamon to sweeten anything you want too. Just keep it low.
Also, drink it immediately after. When you introduce heat and time to juice, it starts to lose its nutrients.
