There will be live music and a Chinese Auction! It is $50 per person with proceeds benefiting Autism Speaks. For more information and to make reservations please visit us online.
And this one on Sunday afternoon, should be very fun! August 24, 2008 - South Levittown Lanes Day of Autism Awareness This is a great way to spend the day with family and friends! Games begin at 12:00pm and 2:00pm with an hour and a half of "glow bowling." It is $50 for one lane (up to 6 people) or $20 per person. This includes food, soda, and shoe rentals. Space is limited so make your reservations soon.
Plus there will be a LI Ducks even on Aug 26th. August 26, 2008 - Autism Awareness Night at the Long Island Ducks Citibank Park Autism Awareness Night at the Long Island Ducks Citibank Park is sponsored by DeMatteo Monness LLC on Tuesday, August 26 at 7:05pm. The first 1,500 fans at the Park will receive a special puzzle giveaway. Visit www.liducksgroups.com and enter "autism" as the password. $1 per ticket purchased through group sales will benefit Autism Speaks. Purchase 25 tickets or more and save $2 per ticket by calling 631-940-3825 x 108, 124 or 118.
I don't know how much space is left for each event. We purchased our tix for the Aquarium a few weeks ago but I called for the bowling event tonight and was able to reserve a lane. For the bowling, it's $50 for 6 people for 2 hours, so that is a pretty good deal.
Here is the website with upcoming events for more info
