Just an Optimum vent
We have phone service and internet only with them. We have Direct Tv for the NFL package. We pay almost $100 for just the two services, but I always like having the ability to log on to News 12 online and Newsday. I couldn't log on to News 12 today to read an article and called to find out that even though I have an account, if I don't have TV service, I can no longer log on News 12. This is something new. Will probably cancel with them after this. One of the reasons I justified my high bill for internet and phone was the fact I could read or watch News 12 online. They will probably get rid of allowing me to log on to Newsday next.

they are, I call them weekly with an issue, they wont give me anymore credits.
My TV goes black, pixels are all over the place, my phone has no dial tone. They tell me its just me, but when I speak to others everyone has a story.
Doesn't anyone call to complain or is it just me.
I would love to start a anti cable movement to lite a fire under their ass....
