Just another random "I hate Target Vent"
The kids got a bunch of the fake robeez for their birthday and I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size (so that I could give them to df)
They wouldn't even let me exchange them. I know I didn't have a receipt and they offered me 3.99 per slipper, but I just wanted to exchange them! They even had the same ones at the store. UGH! Now I am stuck with 3 XL slippers!
Okay, Vent over!

I love their prices on certain things but their return policy is annoying. I can also add BRU and TRU to that list!

Is it worth it to try to Ebay them since they're new?
That is really annoying. Can you ask for a receipt from the person who gave them to you?

I hate target too! They double charged me for an order. when I called them to fix it, right away they sent me to my credit card company. I had to write a letter, now I have to call them, Such a PITA targets customer service policies suck!

love target but their return/exhange policy stinks..one time i bought the wrong size diapers, couldnt find the receipt and asked to exchange for the right size, same brand...they wouldnt let me! so i was stuck with a package that was a size smaller then DD  this was so long ago, i was hoping they would improve their policy, guess not.

Maybe you can buy the same item. return it but with the broken one.
Also if you purchase your item within 90 days with a check or a CC they will be able to look it up.
