Just bought a scale
I am the heaviest I have EVER been. I couldn't believe it. It was a real eye opener for me. So I have resolved to eat healthier and work out at least 2x week.

Know the feeling too! I never though I weighted what I did. I started yesterday on the diet! Hoping to drop the weight
