Just bought Eddies big boy furniture - HOLY AWESOME DEAL!!!!
I just bumped this for daytime bc the deals at JCP were so fabulous that I wanted to let you know to check it out if you are looking for furniture.
So Ive been on a quest for good quality, solid wood furniture for Eddies big boy room and couldnt find anything in our price range as we didnt have a lot of money to spend on it. Everything I saw in our range, was MDF with veneer.
Well someone on the home board today suggested JCP, so I went online and they are having AMAZING sales on furniture. I got a twin bed (headboard and footboard) and a dresser for $570. Gorgeous solid oak, with amazing detailing. Plus I had a promo code for free shipping to store which knocked another $95 off the order. The bed was originally $449, on sale for $279 and the dresser was originally $349 on sale for $279. Overall I saved $370!!!!!!!!! I was really just BSing on the internet and never intended to buy it tonight but it was SUCH an amazing deal....I couldnt pass it up.
Everything else we have looked at the was comparable, was at least $1000 for the bed and dresser and that doesnt count delivery. We dont plan on moving him to a big boy room until September but Im so excited!!!!!!
I HIGHLY recommend you check out JCP if you are looking for great deals on quality furniture.

Very nice!! We got Alexas dresser from JCPenney and its beautiful and holding up really nicely!

My dining toom furniture- sight unseen, just on the web and my DD's crib and two dressers. All with free ship to store and super low prices! I love them!! Great job!! Love what you choose.

It had NEVER occurred to me to check JCP for furniture. Im OK with the sight unseen to bc there were like 27 reviews that averaged 4.9 out of 5 stars.

Very nice! I have the same set for my son but it's darker. I didn't get it at JCP though and you got a very good deal!

It's great, I got it like 5 years ago and it's held up nicely through a couple of moves.

Very nice!
We've always done very well with furniture & prices at JCP. We got Lily's crib there and love it. We also recently bought a sectional for our living room. Got some great deals and the furniture is really good quality.
