Just checking in...haven't been here in a while
Hi all! I have really missed being here and chatting with you guys! Things here have been more than hectic with the twins, my MIL on life support (she is finally home from the hospital!), the holidays, and life in general!
My two angels are sick right now and have had their days and nights mixed up for over a month, leaving me utterly exhausted and on the verge of a meltdown. I can't wait to have things back to "normal' around here. They finally got their sleep schedules corrected and then they both got sick, so now we are up all night again!
My MIL was on Life Support for over 2 months and was finally released from the hospital the day after Christmas. That alone was very emotionally draining --- she was put into the hospital when the babies were 1 week old, so DH was at the hospital every night and working during the day, leaving me here to tend to the babies, the house, the holiday shopping, etc. I have had no time to myself and definately no time for LIF, although I wanted so terribly to be here!
I hope all is well with you guys and wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year!
Besides the craziness, the babies have been wonderful. They are healthy, and growing beautifully! Developementally, they are right on track. I guess after their colds subside, we can feel a bit more "normal" again.

Welcome back! Glad to hear life is getting better... is your MIL doing better? You had so much on your plate in addition to your new family! Im sending you wishes for a restful and happy new year!

That must have been so hard on you, I'm so sorry to hear that! I hope your MIL is doing better! It's good to see you back. Any new pix of the kids???

Glad you are back. Oh, you poor thing, sooooo much to handle at once. That is A LOT!!!
