Just curious...c-section or "natural"
Doesn't it almost seem like it's 50/50? Most of my friends have had c/s.
I had a c/s, but hope to do VBAC next. My doctor supports it and thinks I'd be a good candidate.
Oh, and by "natural" I don't mean un-medicated, but vaginal.

c-section. It does seem like more and more people are getting them these days. It was my worst fear, and of course I ended up with one!

I had both 
c/s with my first (he was breech).
VBAC with my second. By far my proudest accomplishment aside from my two kids!

c -section for both. In fact I asked my doctor what happens if I go into labor on my own and he said no VBAC so I had no cholce with Sara

C-section for me.

Vaginal birth of a 10 pounder. After 18 hours of labor they had me sign everything for a c-section, then they checked me 30 min later and I was ready to push.

3 births:
1 vbirth
2 c/s - my 2nd and 3rd were both breech.
ETA: My OB thought I was a great candidate for a VABC with #3 too, esp since the reasons for my first c/s was totally due to her position and I had successfully had a prior vbirth but #3 was apparently very happy heads up as well. Good luck to you with it though, Im glad your OB is pro VBAC.
It's hard to make any kind of assumptions on c/s vs vbirth stats without knowing the reason for the c/s.
