Just did the Brite Nites light show at the ecology center...
and it was really cute! We packed my hubby, my DD, my sister, my BIL and my nephew in the car and did it all together. The kids absolutely loved it! I definitely recommend it. You can take pics with Santa inside and get refreshments, but since the kids had to go to bed, we skipped that. We'll definitely take them back for that, though

the holtsville one?? cool!! what are the hours? how much?

I'm pretty sure it's every night from now until January 2nd from 5:30-9:30. I've been to the one at Jones Beach, which is much grander, but this was so cute for the kids. It's 12 dollars a car load, but there's a coupon on their website for 2 dollars off. I forgot the coupon and the girl gave me the 2 bucks off anyway
Oh, and yes, it's the Holtsville one. My nephew is only a year old and he was squealing like crazy because he loved it so much.

We went last night, we go every year, we do our Santa picture there. We have never waited in line and you can get a CD with your pics. We love it.
