Just found out..
That ANOTHER one of our friends is expecting again.
Their daughter is 8 months old and they just found out they are pregnant with #2.
I'm happy for them, but all I can think about is that they got pregnant had a kid and got pregnant again all in the time it's been taking us to try to have one. 
I'm bummed. I'm glad at least DH told me first that they are going to tell us this weekend. Now I can prepare my reaction better.

I'm sure it's so frustrating.
At work, a very PG woman came in with her 10 mth old in the carriage, followed by her 2 yr old.
I smiled at them, but on the inside, I was and

I hear ya. Today I had a 23 year old patient with FIVE children ( 6,4,3,2, and 2 1/2 months)
