I am only at the 7 week mark so it still doesnt seem real to me! Maybe after we get our first sono on friday it will seem more real!

Congratulations!!! I am so happy for you, and wish you a healthy pregnancy.
It didn't start to seem real to me until my last sono at 11 wks. Our baby actually looked like a baby! Our 6 wk. sono just showed a little grayish blob, so that didn't bring it home for me, but everyone is different.
Enjoy yourself, and take care of yourself!
