Just got a flyer from my neighbor and her friend regarding mothers helper
and babysitting. My question is what exactly does a mothers helper do and how much do you pay an hour? she is in middle school or high school not sure.

Awww....that's so cute. That was how I started bay-sitting when I was 12.
A mother's help usually watches the baby while you do the laundry, or clean or run errands (depending on how old she is and if you feel comfortable with that). I guess if you are home with her, maybe $8 hr. is fair. If you run out and she baby-sits, maybe $10 hr.

For a mothers helper I would say $5/hr. 7-8/hr for a babysitter, espcially is only in middle school

my friend uses a mother's helper who is 15 and pays her 7 an hour
