Just got a tip from a three-time mommy that I wanted to share...
JT's cousin and I were just talking on the phone before and she said the best advice she got was to wear a girdle in the hospital as soon as she was able to put on clothes. She said it really helped her feel put together and not all jiggly, and it also helped her uterus go back down to size. She said even bike shorts would do a good job. Just thought I'd pass it on!

I've heard this from a few people, ususally older people. It turns out, my mom and grandma both wore a girdle after they had their children!

unless you have a c-section  .....
it would impossible and probably extremely painful 
but otherwise sounds like a good idea
