Just got back from my OB appt. and at 35 weeks baby weighs....................
.....................6lbs. 11oz!!!  I have GD so the baby is measuring about 2-2 1/2 weeks ahead but he/she is VERY healthy, active, and well. The baby is also head down and low in my pelvis so I'm hoping that I will have a bit of an early arrival.
I was happy to hear the baby's weight went up only 1 lb. in the past 2 weeks. My sugars have been really great these past 2 weeks so the baby gained at a more "reasonable and regular" pace. The last time the baby was measured he/she had gained almost 2 1/2 lbs. in 2 weeks because my sugars were still a little wacky so this was good news today.
So........everything is great with my little butterball and hopefully I will be meeting him/her sometime very soon!!

Congrats on having her only gain a pound! This freakin' GD is so annoying. I'm due for my growth sono at 35.5 weeks (end of next week).... I hope my scone is still a single serving size by then!

I hope so for you too!!! And I TOTALLY agree..........this stupid GD is the worst. If I didn't have it I would have a cute, tiny, little peanut as my DH was only 5lb11oz at birth and I was 7lbs even. Good luck next week and keep me posted!!!

Don't feel bad, I am 35 weeks also and baby weighed about 6lbs over 3 weeks ago!!!!
I don't have GD, just gigantic babies!!
