just had a chat with DH about shaving the vag....
Sooo.... since I got pregnant I clean up for the doctor and not DH. since we can't  anyway... what's the point.
So anyway... last dr appt was 3 weeks ago.... next one is tomorrow morning. I was in the shower preparing and I realized WOW I've GROWN (stomach wise) and though it was a bit difficult to shave I was still able to get the job done. However, I realize this will def not be the case come 4 more weeks.
I told DH that if he loves me he will shave my vag from then until the baby is born. He wasn't too thrilled and said NO. I said "you really don't want the first thing the baby sees to be a sea full of pubes, do you?"  He said "aren't they born blind?"
Anyway... he's going to do this for me and that's the bottom line.
Now I'm perplexed as to what is the best position for this task. I normally do it in the shower. This is going to be a stay tuned novel.... more to come in the future.

hahaha. Yes, it definitely gets difficult to reach down there the further along you go. I'm 34 weeks now & lately I've just been going 'blind' and doing it mostly through FEEL since I cant see below my belly. So far, so good!!! lol

I am proud to say that there have been no mishaps - although how 'perfect' it is I can't be sure. haha. Oh well.

I'm doing the same thing.
There is NO WAY I'm trusting DH to come near my vag with a razor!!
If you keep on top of it it's really not that bad, I let it go for a bit b/c I didnt care and I used all the hot water trying to get things back to normal   It was quite a workout to work around the belly!!

omg.. there is no way in H*LL I would let DH near there with a razor.
I will gladly hand over my 50 bucks to the waxing lady every 4-6 weeks hahahahaha.

i asked DH and he told me no, hes scared. psssh i said are you seriously gonna let me look like a sasquatch?
i'm gonna try blind but then i may need him to hold a mirror or something to help me out. i feel so gross when it gets outta hand

i tried this too, but my belly with the twins was HUGE.
i actually had DH shave for me too - i should add that he did a horrible job

What a good hubby!!!
Mine just trimmed the area. I stood in the shower with a leg up while he was almost like a mechanic tinkering under the hood. Not weird at all.
I let him test drive by doing my legs. He's a lot more gentler than I am. I guess it's years of experience. We'll see what happens on February 1st because that's my next appointment.

Ohh and I forgot to say.. I don't plan on using a regular razor though... I plan on using the noxzema bakini razor... it's really a super short trimmer... so DH won't actually be shaving to the skin.. it's far less likely he's going to cut me with that razor. If I didn't cut myself today then I think he should do just fine.
It's more like a crew cut. i prefer bare...but we can't have it all.
