Just had coconut meringue pie
from Briermere Farms and OMG! I am SO not a pie person. HATE fruit pie, so I bought this on a whim because I love coconut. My first bite, I liked it, but the more I ate it, the more I fell in love. My new favorite thing!

That's sounds so good as I love coconut, too! I bought pies from them this weekend and unfortunately, got there late so not many flavors left. Bought an apple crumb of which I am not a fan of, or so I thought, until I had a slice! Amazing! I cannot stop eating it!!! Best pie I ever had. Gonna have to get the coconut one now!!!

You are making me so hungry! next time i go I am going to have to try the cocunt! the Apple crumb is amazing and I love the strawberry Rhubard too!!!
