Just had our final walk through ETA: We're homeowners!
The place looks great! They even vaccumed (it's a short sale).
The power was off - I'll take pictures tomorrow when it's back on!
I can't wait until closing at 3:30!!!!!

Had a bit of a snag regarding the morgage, but it got fixed after some yelling from my fab realtor 
So, we're homeowners! Yay!
