Just IVf
Has any one doen IVF and just that - no acupuncture, no chirporactor, no guided imagery, no herbs, no organic foods...just the cycle per the dr instructions?
I'm thinking of going au naturel this one - I hated the guided imagery, can't eat organic, don't really feel like doin acu this time - I've cancelled two appointments so far

LOL....I laugh because we convince ourselves ALL this stuff works and I still think its a big part chance and luck....unfortunatly or fortunatly, however you look at it.
I did listen to my imagery CD like 2-3 times during the cycle.
But other then that, I did nothing. I actually didnt even quick smoking till the day of my transfer, although I was only smoking a few , it still was obviously a big no no.
Organic wasnt for me, and I couldnt afford Acupuncture or the chiro copays...so I have no choice.
I stayed as positive as possible and relied on that.
Oh Im lying...I had pinapple core

Well, you know how I feel, I am not going to do acupuncture or any of that, I will eat healthy & not quoff the chardonnay, but apart form that I always think that a little of what you fancy does you good!

I know of a few people on here who are either PG or had children and didn't do anything other than the IVF and didn't alter their lifestyles too much. I believe Diane is one of them. I also know my SIL didn't change anything in her life and she got PG on her second IVF.

prego with twins---ivf first shot.
