Just joined WW 9/30/10 UPDATE 1st weigh in
I am so excited to hopefully lose this baby weight!!
My first weigh in is tomorrow and I hope i lost at least 2.5 pounds.
Please send me all your favorite recipes, ideas and motivators!!!

The WW site has great ideas
Skinnytaste.com is a great website for WW recipes
The meetings/weigh ins are motivational
I pack healthy snacks to munch on at work or when i am out
Lots of veggies!
Gym membership has helped

Check Skinnygirl.com too! It's very helpful and lots of ideas on low point foods.
Also look at dwlz.com for restaurants so you know how many points places are (it's pretty much the chains).
I'm a big fan of Skinny Cow ice cream!

So guess what...
I had my first weigh in today and i lost 6.4 pounds!!!
I thought i would have a bad first weigh in bc i went to an event last night and had a couple of drinks.
I am soo happy and soooo motivated!!!
I look forward to all the support. Thank you for all the ideas.
I cant belive i lost just over 6 pounds...
