Just Ordered Miranda's 1st Tricycle
It's a Kettrike and it comes with a push bar (not shown in the picture). My neighbors have this for their daughter and she loves it. The push bar is tall so you stand upright and just push her. It has a seat belt also and the wheels lock until she's ready to pedal herself. I'm so excited. IL's are buying for her birthday.

This is great! My friend gave us hers for Maddie. Maddie tried for awhile with a regular tricycle but they were too heavy for her to pedal.

I ordered it from What She Buys
They have free shipping and no tax. You do have to order the seatbelt separately from them though. I can't wait for it to get here. My neighbors daughter loves her and is still using it a ton at almost two and she's had it over a year now.
