I HIGHLY recommend CBR. The customer service I received was wonderful.

Three days before I'm being induced, we just signed on for cord blood banking, too. We went with Lifeline Cryogenics.

one important thing for those who recently registered and are due soon:
CALL YOUR OB ON MON AND TELL THEM you intend to collect your cord blood. they need to write that in your file, and frequently request a collection payment in advance (I had to pay $250 this week for the service)
also, the second you receive the package, read all of the literature. put the kit in your hospital bag, and make sure you know the procedure to call the medical courier. The hospital does NOT do it for you! your DH will have to do it.....
