Just signed up...I'm new here
Hi, i just came across this site, I'm new on here. I'm 26, been living in long beach for 2 years renting a place, and we just closed yesterday on a house in Massapequa. Very excited!! The whole proccess was very smooth. we literally looked for 3 weekends, and went to contract and closed 5 weeks from contract date. If anyone has any questions or lives near Massapequa area feel free to message me.

Hi there, we have been renting a place there for 2 years. on the east end, I will definately miss long beach, its definately a great place to live!!!! Its a little out of the way sometimes but it was a great experience living there. How long have you been there for??

almost 2 years- I live in the east end also- I just hate the parking!

that was one benefit of our building, we have a garage spot, and this huge guest lot, with tons of parking all the time. It was the number one reason we choose to rent that place!!!

that's nice- is/was it on the beach?
we could have had a garage spot- for $275 a month - so I said no thanks!
