Just trying to get through the day- edited THANK YOU
I have had a REALLY bad day today. I could use some hugs. I know i will be OK and its all for the best and how it is meant to be, but its still tough. I just have to get through today.

Thank you all!! I can't tell you how many times throughout the day I looked at this thread. It gave me so much strength.
I had a very bad day. My job (that I have never been happy with) is in jeapordy, my last hope for daycare this summer in the upper west side (where I live) is not happening. (this all came to my attention TODAY) On top of all this, I have to move in Sept. and have no idea where we will go- which makes the daycare situation even more compllicated. The rents in Manhattan have increased incredibly since we moved here 6 years ago.
But honestly, what I proved to myself today is that I can handle adversity. I stayed at my office instead of running home like I wanted to. I took care of a few things and behaved proactively. And let me tell you- your hugs defintiely helped me with that. THANK YOU.
And a big thanks to Bxgell2 who went particularly out of her way to help someone she has never even met. Thank you.
