Just walked 4 miles.....
and now I'm so sore...anytime I get up I feel major pressure at bottom of my belly.
I was getting my car serviced & DH was stuck working OT at work & I was walking hoping the bus would come along, but it never did.
I was taking breaks along the way....of course the bus showed up when I was 5 blocks from our house.

What are u doing walking that far Cindy? That is not good for you. I know yoru DH must have been upset that you did that.
I too do a bit of walking at the end of the day but realize that if i walk to far it starts to hurt after awhile. I work in the city so i have limited my walking to a 6-7 block radius at most.

I only did it b/c I had to...the car had to go in for service this am & DH was stuck at work. I did wait for the bus for 10 minutes but it never showed, so I started walking.

i actally think it was great that you did that! You are not bouncing around when you walk - so it's absolutely safe. Keeping in good shape during pregnancy will help in labor and recovery. Although you have to deal with the soreness now!

Wow!!!! Walking is good, but 4 miles is a lot. DH must wait on you for the next 24 hours, whenever he gets home.

Actually he came home late & tired, but put together the crib and the handles on the dresser. YEAAA!

Wow - you must be beat - I dont think you did anything too major and you were in good shape before you got preggo, so just relax and take it easy
