just wanted to let you all know
Hi folks i dont normally post on this board but i just had to share this info.
My DH and I were on the hunt to find pool pump parts and our filter is old so it had to be a special order. So we went on to 1800poolparts.com and found the parts and ordered them on 6/6. Well i wasnt sent a confirmation email so i began to try and get in touch with them i called EVERY DAY a few times a day on a few diffrent numbers. No one EVER answered. I left messages, no one returned my calls. i sent emails and got some stuff about waiting an extra day for the tracking #. etc etc.So i continued to call and wait (meanwhile our pool looks like mountain dew) then i finally get our parts this AM never get sent the tracking # and then i get an email from their sales department that has the ordaciuty (sp) to call me a demanding customer. Yeah looking for info on where the heck my pool parts are is demanding. I just wanted to tell you all to beware or 1800poolparts.com

They called you a "demanding customer" because you simply wanted confirmation that your order went through? What a joke!  I'm glad to hear that you did receive everything though!!
