Just when I got used to giving myself the injectables..
They're switching me to intramuscular injections starting today.
{insert curse word here}

 Ugh, sorry- they did that to me too! They said it was 'better absorption'. I always ice before them- and my DH does them. GL!

It's a nice way of them telling me "by the way, your stomach fat is getting in the way. Now you need to bruise your azz instead"

I'm mad...I hate needles and it took me a looooong time to get the courage to inject myself, now those long azz, azz needles are just going to be too much for me!!
..and yes, I call them azz needles!!!!

i have only done intramuscular in my arms and its really not bad at all, my dh does it for me of course just make sure whoever does it puts the needle in fast, the slower they insert the needle the more it hurts
