K-Fed, I want a custody hearing STAT!!
TMZ has learned that Kevin Federline has asked a judge for an emergency hearing on Thursday to discuss his custody dispute with estranged wife Britney Spears.
A court spokesperson says only K-Fed and his attorney are scheduled to appear before the judge, but adds "anything is possible."
Federline filed papers in November seeking spousal support and sole custody of the couple's children- 5-month-old Jayden James and 17-month-old Sean Preston. As TMZ previously reported, a temporary court order granted the couple joint custody, with Spears having primary physical custody of the boys.
Now, with Spears' recent erratic behavior, coupled with the fact that she's been in and out of rehab twice in the last week, all bets may be off.
GOOD FOR HIM!!

as much as I didn't like him before- he has actually acted like an adult since the split
he has been trying to make money and be the grown up

I agree. I never thought I'd feel this way, but good for him. At least somebody is trying to care for those children. She's not even taking proper care of herself any more, so how can she possibly care properly for two children? He really may have a good shot at getting full custody...

I think he saw this coming and has been behaving accordingly. I am sure he has been seriously advised by lawyers and publicists.I don't think he is all that dumb. Someone has to care for the kids. He is in a better position to do so.

Yep, agreed... We were all SOOO HAPPY when they split and now look at the change of events!!

Yes, he has been behaving more like an adult then her & is cwrtainly in a better state of mind, but he is no role model parent. I think the kids need to be with Brits mom for now.

I agree too. He has been pretty much a class act about the break-up, not saying too much and giving up the juicy details on the mother of his kids is a good thing. I hope they give him custody. He may not be able to sing worth a hoot, but he's 100000x better than brit PLUS maybe it will help to give her the reality check that she so desperately needs, motivate her to STAY in rehab.
