K moms.. help with numbers?

K moms.. help with numbers?
Any good way to have DC remember his numbers? He counts to 100 but is having a hard time identifying numbers past 12.. any cool ways to help the info stick? Seems like some days he will know 53 and 98 but when I ask him to identify 14, he writes 40..

Have him say the numbers and then write them out.

We just started doing flash cards. We go through them first, then I try to get him to identify them out of order. Next I'll make him start writing them.

Read the numbers with him. Make him fill in the blanket some missing numbers. Repeat and repeat... eventually he will learn them.
