What’s your point? Elaborate instead of posting something from the passive aggressive conservative brigade on this site. You know make a point? It’s not that hard to start a discussion, Romney.

Maybe because she is more interested in securing other borders than our own.

Re: Kamala going to secure Ukraine border?
I know what’s happening and don’t need a Daily Mail, of all things, article.
She is attending the Munich Security Conference. Ukraine is on the agenda and Russia is a much bigger and more important topic than the Mexican border. You can’t compare the two because it’s an international conference.
Sucks though because I have to be by that area tomorrow and security is going to be a nightmare.

I just copied and pasted the first thing I saw but pretty sure that this is what she meant by this post.

Re: Kamala going to secure Ukraine border?
I just find it pointless to complain about the fact that she is going to a very important international annual conference and talk about a very pressing issue. It’s looking likely that Russia will attack Ukraine in the next few days. It looks like Putin wants to get the USSR back together.
Should she just ignore it at this conference? No.
IMO, you can’t compare the two.

You can compare the two when you out her role as the Border Czar into context. Yes, Putin is a much bigger threat for the international community but our VP championing for another county’s sovereign rights while shitting on ours is rich.

So then what do you suggest? She not even go to an international conference? Say nothing? Or just sit there and complain?

Attending an international conference is not the issue-not so sure why you’re stuck on that detail. If she is addressed maybe she should shrug her shoulders and tell the Ukranians to let the good old Russians cross the border. If it’s good enough to allow undocumented individuals into her own country then why not them? Besides, what’s the worst that could happen? Oh, I know. She can frame it as a humanitarian issue. That seems to work.

Re: Kamala going to secure Ukraine border?
To me foreign policy is a separate issue from home policy. The situation in Ukraine isn’t about undocumented individuals. Russia is going to attack.
I don’t see it as black and white as you wrote above.

Of course they’re separate policies. And of course it’s not black and white. But if you can’t see the hypocrisy of protecting one’s state’s sovereignty while using lame excuses to destroy ours (we are global citizens in the US, after all) then the point is lost on you. And if you’re going to engage in any kind of meaningful discussion maybe refrain from distraction by emphasizing points that clearly are not the main purpose of the post.

I don’t see how they are related. To me they are two separate issues. There is no “distraction.”

She hadn’t been to the U.S. border since June. You don’t see much of her anyway.

I’m going to preface by saying this is not an attack on you at all.
But I need someone to explain to me why it’s the US job to stop what’s going on right now?
Why is it not on any other country?
I feel like people are blaming the president/US and I’m not understanding why it’s even on us and what are we really supposed to do to stop it besides go to war and again why would/should we?

It is on other countries. We are in NATO with them.

Ok o will have to try pay attention more cause I haven’t. But I am hoping other countries are getting involved and trying to resolve this also.

Yes, please listen as this is bad. We don't have a serious administration.

Kamala going to secure Ukraine border?
She's a huge joke and I can't even believe she is actually our VP. We have NO administration or leadership at this point. So sad.

That’s what happens when you fill seats based on identity politics and not qualifications.
