Kate Gosselin

Did anyone see her on the Today Show.

What are your thought on her interview?


I must say i have some mixed feeling. At 1st i thought oo no this isnt treu, but after her interview i am now wondering that maybe this is true or this is just another stunt to promote her new book, bc she did promote it today on the show

i feel sad for her..she looks so sad... i know they deny it and i have been a total jon supporter BUT i kinda feel like maybe it is the truth--she didnt deny it at all...so sad..i love their family..

I don't think its true. to be honest, I think they are getting a good hang of the "publicity sells" no matter what form its in. I don't think it was staged, but I def. don't think Jon would be so stupid, knowing that camera's are always out and around following him. He said on one of the last few episodes that they literally can't go anywhere without people taking pictures of them.

I have the same feeling as I do for celebs. They get paid MUCH more then most jobs, and they get a TON of free stuff all to be in the public eye. If you want the goods, you have to take everything it comes with, which includes this. It stinks sometimes, but really that's the price they pay.

It only saddens me for the kids. they didn't choose this, and a lot of this may really effect them when they are older

She looked really sad and i felt so bad for her. But unfortunately thats the price you pay for putting yourself and your family out there....for the whole world to see. Even if Jon definitely did not cheat....the fact that he put himself out there without any regard for his wife and kids after he ALREADY was in the tabloids a few months prior....shows poor judgment on his part and has to put a strain their relationship.

I really hope they work it out. I think they are great and those kids are adorable.

I've been a fan of the show for a while now and I'm pretty sure I've seen every episode including the two 1-hour episodes they did before the series started. That said, I've seen "the good, the bad, and the ugly" that Kate refers to in The Today Show clip. I really don't think Jon is a cheater and I don't believe these allegations. I think he's a relatively smart guy, or at least not stupid enough to have an affair and let his mistress sunbathe on the front lawn.

As for Kate's demeanor on The Today Show, I think that comes from the stress of having your family in the spotlight and watching the man you love being dragged through the mud by nationally publicized tabloids. To add fuel to the fire, doing the series and continuing to put their family "out there" is what Kate wanted. Going back even further, she's the one who wanted "just 1 more" when they ended up with the sextuplets in the first place. So I think she's got a ton of guilt weighing on her as she realizes the anguish her family is going through. I hope they're able to get through this together and that the kids aren't aware of the scrutiny their family is under.

For the first time ever I actually felt bad for her. It's hard enough to deal with something like this but to be embarrassed like infront of the public makes it that much worse. But I guess as she said, it comes with the territory. She did not seem her usual self on the show...but I wouldnt expect her to.

I have no idea whether I believe it's true or not..BUT..I gotta stick up for Kate a little here.

Yes shes annoying, pushy, neurotic and sometimes overbearing BUT..I honestly feel for her. This is going to sound so wrong, but no one knows what I go through with my husband. He is irresponsible, has ADD and is immature MOST OF THE TIME. I have to guide him, direct him, remind him, etc..CONSTANTLY! I always get looked at as being a "b itch" by people who dont truly know us. I get looked at as being controlling when in reality I have no choice! Its really draining..and I have ONE child. Yea I know we think we see a lot of their lives on tv but we still dont know what goes on behind closed doors.

He didnt want to do the show anymore? That pushed him to this? Oh please, poor baby..my heart breaks for you. Be a man and say what you will or will not do...instead of CHEATING on your wife (again, I have no idea if I believe it or not).

It just makes me mad..no one that has posted here but Ive been speaking to so many people about it..and they are like Oh she deserves it, do you see how she is with him, etc..BLAH BLAH BLAH.. Maybe she doesnt want to be that person with him? Maybe she wants him to be a little less annoying in her eyes or what have you..but the woman looks sad..has lost weight and obviously doesnt know what to believe either. If it comes out this was a publicity stunt she was in on, I will NEVER watch the show again but for now..I think shes getting the raw end of the deal!

I was feeling bad for her until she said the books she wrote, published and promoted were really just written memoirs for her children to have when they grow up. If that was really the case, they would be in a drawer at home not on the NYTimes best seller list.
