Katherine Heigl: I Will Be Your Vision of Stephanie Plum
Katherine Heigl has revealed the reason for her darker locks!
The 31-year-old actress filled Us Weekly in on the details at the ShoWest awards ceremony in Las Vegas on Thursday (March 18), where she was named Female Star of the Year - it’s for her upcoming role in One for the Money!
“She is a very specific kind of girl, so I just wanted to show the legion of fans that I will be your vision of Stephanie Plum,” Katherine shared. “It’s important. I hate when my favorite books are made into films and they are just not what you expect.”
One for the Money is based on the Janet Evanovich novel of the same name.

I love those books. I had no idea they were going to be a movie. I hope she eats all the junk food Stephanie does.

I LOVE those books!
I actually think the movie Bounty Hunter Jen Aniston is in is kinda knockoff--I might be wrong but same "theme" it seems
Do NOT Like Katherine Heigl as Stephanie  I would prefer...Alyssa Milano

I'm not seeing her as Stephanie, but I hope she does the character justice. Maybe she should read the books to get a feel for who Stephanie is.
Who will fill the roles of Joe and Ranger??? 
I think Alyssa Milano or Debi Mazur would make a better Stephanie.

I read an article just now that said that Reese Witherspoon was supposed to play the part originally. I'm trying to find more info - I'm not a big fan of KH, I hope she does a good job as Stephanie Plum.
ETA: I just read on Janet Evanovich's website that Katherine has been the only one cast so far.

Stephanie Plum is a bail bondsmen. She tracks down bail jumpers. She usually blows up her car on the way and eats a lot of junk food 
I love these books and I hope KH doesn't ruin it
