KB Toys to be liquidated

YEp, they are finally tanking. :(

I have a giftcard for them and they aren't taking giftcards online, system trouble my arse..

I called customer service twice and twice got disconnected when they tried to forward my call to someone who can help me when i asked about them going out of business, and they don't take orders over the phone either.

So just wanted to pass this along to anyone who is holding a gift card or plans on purchasing from them for the holidays-obviously they may not take returns.
What's messed up is on their website it says you can purchase gift cards at their stores...How messed!

This stinks!I am surprise KB toys lasted as long as it did. I will miss having another toy store option..I guess toys r us just wins!
