Keeping a secret
I am having such a hard time keeping the secret that I am pregnant. I don't know why, but it is harder to keep this one in then the first time. On Saturday I had to tell someone, so I told one of my gfs, DH was there. We are going to try to wait until week 12, although I think I am going to start showing earlier then later this time, so we will see. I am only in my 6th week and it is killing me.

Nope not yet. DH wants to wait. Last time we waited to tell our familes till 8 weeks and everyone else we told at 13.

We haven't told anyone yet either and I'm dying as well. I'm 7 weeks also. We have an appt next week and may tell our parents then. We'll see.

we told our immediate families right away; we saw no reason to keep it from them so that helped with the "silence"

We told the immediate family at about 6 weeks which helped. We are telling our friends (with the exception of our BFFs that already know) at our 4th of July BBQ friday which will be exactly 3 months.

I am right there with you. Especially with so many parties and BBQs coming in the next few weeks. It will be impossible to keep it a secret if I do not drink, eat hot dogs, etc. People I think, will definitely figure it out.
And I am bursting too. Which is why I am posting here. It keeps me sane

OMG, this is me! I am 6 weeks on Saturday. We are going to tell our parents on Sunday though...we got the blood test results back that everything is good, and I really want to tell them. I've been lying to pretty much everyone I work with, which makes me feel so bad.

It's definitely a personal preference as to when you tell other people. We told my immediate family right away and the rest of the family found out between 8 and 12 weeks.
