No you usually cannot buy an outfit seen on a runway as is but it depends on the designer. Usually the runway is what the seasons collection is inspired from. Remember its a show, so designers have fun with it. So in this instance the red plaid will probably be a big focus of different pieces throughout the fall collection in a more wearable form.
