Kevin Trying To Get Britney Arrested
Kevin Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is heading back to court today, Life & Style magazine is reporting exclusively.
Why?
Team K-Fed is going to LA Superior Court to discuss Britney’s suspicion of driving without a license over the weekend
while her children were in the car!
Spears was recently charged after fleeing the scene of a crime and she was also charged with driving without a valid California’s drivers license.
The DMV later said that Britney has NEVER been issued a drivers license in California, which all state residents MUST have by law.
Kaplan’s appearance this morning will be the latest move in Kevin and Britney’s ongoing baby battle.
Insiders tell Life & Style that Kaplan will also bring up in court today Brit’s driving without a license on August 6th, when she was involved in the hit and run, which was all caught on tape by the paparazzi.

Yeah but just because she doesn't have a Cali license doesn't mean she doesn't have one from Louisana or wherever she's from...

California has a rule that says you have to get a CA license within 5 days of relocating to the state. At least, that was the limitation when I moved here 5 years ago.
Now, does everyone follow that rule? Of course not. Do they normally have any way of enforcing it? No. Is it really a problem if you take 10 days, or a month, or wait until your old license expires? Not unless you get pulled over before then. But it sounds like she's making this easy for them...

That may be but my point is she was, at one time, (I'm assuming) issued a valid driver's license qualifying her to drive, somewhere in the US, right? So it's not like she was never cleared to drive....
I don't know of any states that make you take a driving test every time your license expires (unless it's WAY expired) - so basically she is really reallly late in renewing it ... and MAY need to take a driving test again, but had she done it on time, she wouldn't have had to take a driving test... KWIM?
Anyway, it's a petty point for K-Fed to be using against her in Court, IMO... that's really my point. She's done far worse.

So, it's not bad enough that these kids have a gold digging father and a disaster for a mother - Now, their loser father is actively trying to put their mother in jail ....... - ? Oh that's going to be good for the kids ! - They're BOTH such trash !! -
How about a concentrated effort to get Mommy some help if you care so much about those kids ?? - She's ALWAYS going to be their mother -
