B. Will anyone outside of the U.S. know or care who Khloe Kardashian is?
C. How many Middle East countries will allow this Western 'infidel' media to cross their borders?
D. Last time I checked the news, there were at least 5-7 countries in the Middle East with slightly bigger problems than 6 Minute Abs!
