Kickboxing classes in or around Levittown
I took kickboxing when I lived in Syracuse a few years ago, and the gym I went to was basically just a karate/kickbox place. The first half of the classes were cardio-kick/aerobics/toning and the second half of the class we used punching/kicking bags to develop the moves - it was the best stress relief ever.
Does anyone know of any gyms that offer this kind of class. I'm not a violent person, I swear, but I have found the classes that don't include the bags are less satisfying and I end up getting bored.

Is it part of regular gym membership? I was a member of synergy in franklin square a few years ago and I think I remember them charging for some classes.
