Kiddie parties for your DCs friends--does your DH come too?
DS is 2 and has a party at gymboree for a friend from playgroup---do I bring DH and the baby?

It depends on the place. He probably wouldn't come to Gymboree. I did bring him to a party at Bounce N Play since he never got to see DS in action on the bouncers... plus he wanted to bounce too.

My DH has never come to a kiddie party that my kids have gone too. He is usually working anyway, but if he weren't, he would have no interest!! I'm taking my DD to one today and dropping DS off with my sister while I take her.

I bring DH if he has nothing else to do. If we had a baby too I would have him stay home with the baby.

Was your DD the only one on the invitation? If yes then that is what the parent intended to do...
I would have the baby stay home with your DH..

All of the parties DD has been to were on the weekend and both DH and I were both invited. He has come to all of thme.

DH is the one who usually takes our kids to parties  They are usually on the weekends and I am usually working.
He also knows all the moms at Genevieve's school and dance class. They love him

Same here-at least to home parties. If it was a party at a kids place, he might pass since he would probably think it was just all the moms there (and no beer )

Same here. I go to almost every one of DS's parties. I can't recall the last one I didn't go to. DW usually stays home with DD.

Depends where it is and day and time. There are times when he has come and times when he stays home. Also, if the whole family is written on the invitation, he will go as will his 13 yr old son. If it is addressed to just DD then usually I just take her.

If it is a party for one of OUR friend's kids then yeah...otherwise, like at a play place with my mom friends, no. In my experience, the dads don't go to those.
