Kids are AWESOME
After having a horrible week, and an even worse day when my car died on me just as I was supposed to pick Alex up for a doctor's appointment, her classmates totally dissolved all my angst.
I walked from the train station to pick her up, was exhausted and peeved about my car, but the second I walked into her class and sat down to give Alex a hug, all of her little classmates turned around, screamed "Alex mommy!!!" and all at once, they all ran over to me, climbed on my lap and devoured me in kisses and hugs.
Now if that can't make for a perfect end to a not so good day, I don't know what will

AW Beth that's sweet. Can they give my DD's class some lessons. Yesterday was the crying fest. I even had to carry my DD out sideways because they were all pitching fits so badly yesterday.
