I saw carters putting out summer stuff last week... But I didn't check for bathing suits specifically!
They definitely have stuff online.

Kids bathing suits in stores?
I have not seen anything in stores but Safe t Swim in Westbury has tons...lol I was going to pick one up for DD since we are heading to Florida, but was able to find a bunch in a bag of clothes that a friend passed down for her.
